The master plan for the 60 hectares (148 acres) is to be the biggest and most innovative nautical community in Argentina.

The core of the project consists of a main canal that enables the Luján River to enter and flow throughout the complete property in a meandering manner. The main objective of the project was to generate magnificent long views, recreate the Delta ambience and to have the highest possible number of lots over the water.
