The city of Atlanta keeps developing into the outskirts and the area near Dallas, in Paulding County, was selected as a potential area to develop senior living communities.

Our work here consisted of a “Conceptual Master Plan” that other than design low and medium density areas also included the siting of the retail stores over the highway, a community centre and 10 to 12 independent cottages or duplexes. All of the development had to have a European Village ambience style.

All different real estate products had to be interconnected with top-notch landscaping design where ponds, walking trails and woods would be the main outdoor features.
