This is the first gated community located in the outskirts of the city of Buenos Aires that includes a golf resort within its boundaries.

The land has both high and low areas. In the high part of the property the existing topography commands the design of the urban development while, in the lower parts of the property, the work consisted in achieving a dynamic lagoon and landscaping design where the golf course runs. The project also included medium-density areas, a Club House and an area for an International Luxury Hotel.
