The premises were to design a private neighborhood for a diverse community of residents from around the globe who share a passion for wine, horses and golf, that seek to create a community that is integrally linked to the land and its people.

Of the 1,500 acres, over half of La Estancia de Cafayate has been preserved as open space. The masterplan has been created to accommodate just under 350 home sites. All of which offer spectacular mountain views and border either vineyards, golf course, fields or woodlands.
