Not every day the office gets an international call on how to bring new life to an old historic Medici Villa in Tuscany. The owners were under the strain of having to sell part of the property or come up with a new business model to keep it.

The proposed masterplan was accepted and we turned the property into a wedding/events venue and a top-notch hospitality product. Many former peasant houses scattered in the property were turned into luxury rental Villas. Today the property keeps working on their main wine and olives business but added a new business that enables them to maintain and keep the heritage alive.
