The proposal of the Seven Hills project arrived after analyzing the competition and the products offered in the area.

All strip malls in Paulding County turned to be outdated and overall dull and unappealing for the new home owners moving to the area. Our project concentrated in mimicking a small European town center. Main Public Square, focal points, distorted streets, outdoor gathering places, a multi-purpose open air street for parades, farmer´s markets and community fairs.

Summarizing the project proposed not only a shopping place to stop at but an overall family experience where people would enjoy their visit, adopt the place as part of their neighborhood and hopefully spend more and more time on each future visit.
